Here are answers to common questions about my home cleaning services in Macomb, IL.
Do you charge hourly or flat rate?
Most of my cleanings are flat-rate based on the home size, number of bathrooms, condition, pets, cleaning type, and frequency. I confirm the quote before the appointment.
Is $110 the price for every home?
No. $110 is the starting price for a standard clean on smaller or well-maintained homes. Larger homes, first-time cleans, homes with buildup, and homes with heavy pet hair may cost more.
Do you bring supplies?
I can bring standard cleaning supplies. If you have preferred products because of allergies, pets, fragrance sensitivity, or certain surfaces, I am happy to use your supplies instead.
Do you clean with pets in the home?
Yes, but please tell me about pets when requesting a quote. Heavy pet hair, pet accidents, or multiple pets may affect pricing.
Do you offer deep cleans?
Yes. I recommend a deep clean for first-time customers, homes with buildup, baseboards, appliance interiors, and homes that need more detail work than a standard clean.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes. I offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning depending on availability. Biweekly is usually a good fit for maintained homes.
Do you clean student apartments?
Yes. I offer move-in and move-out cleaning for apartments and rentals in Macomb, including student housing situations when scheduling allows.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. For the first appointment, I prefer to make sure we have clear expectations and access instructions. After that, access can be arranged if both sides are comfortable.
What is not included in a standard clean?
Inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, interior windows, laundry, detailed organization, heavy buildup, pet accidents, and baseboards are usually add-ons or part of a deep clean.
